About us

Kristi Didaskalou- President

Kristi  has been with WMBI since the beginning and is in charge of waiting on customers, answering phone calls, computer input- inventory & contracts, billing, and office work. So it is safe to say she is a jack of all trades.

Dillon Gates- Store Manager

Dillon has been working at WMBI since the beginning and has loved every minute of it. Being able to work with family not only helps make a comfortable environment, but also makes me want to come to work every day to see my family. Along with spending time with family, I appreciate the fact that we are able to work hand in hand with the customers. Seeing them walk away with a smile is always the best.

Micah Gates-

Micah's role at West Michigan Band is a full-time employee, he is a jack of all trades, from delivering repairs to schools, picking up repairs from schools, working the front desk and handling phone calls.
